Let your insurance plan pay for your personal dietitian

Expert nutrition counseling is a game-changer for your health, but high costs have made it inaccessible for many. What if you could get that expert guidance without the financial burden?

Fay was founded on a simple but powerful premise: your health insurance should help you stay healthy. Most people don't realize their plan likely covers sessions with a Registered Dietitian, often with little to no co-pay.

Fay makes it easy to unlock this benefit by matching you with a top-tier dietitian who is in-network with your insurance provider, including major plans from UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Cigna, and hundreds more. Stop paying out-of-pocket for generic advice.

Writing a book is more important than having it written!

Remember, writing is more important than have it written!

My process is to make progress!

When I'm writing a book, the goal is to write for one hour every day, and if I write for one hour every day, then I'm making progress.

I’m leaving myself a good stopping point and then it just sort of unfolds that way. Process> Product

I don't write longer because it’s not sustainable to me. And I approach everything in life, like a workout. Every workout ends. So even if it's a four hour run, I know that's gonna end.

Same thing with writing in the book. It's really staying focused on one hour every day.

Some of these days I can get a paragraph, Sometimes, you get a couple of pages. Sometimes it's just a sentence. But it'll take me down these routes of what I really love doing which is I love learning…

This is how to write your own book.

It’s not about the SETBACK, it’s about the COMEBACK
