Instead of earning 25k this month or losing 10 lbs, break the area of improvement down even smaller!

The details matter!
When we focus on the details of how we want to improve, then we will actually improve!
Passion makes every detail important!

So, you’ve picked ONE area and addressed ONE specific part that you want to improve, now the next step is making it a habit!
Improve your performance by doing it excellently for ONE WEEK!
Don’t worry about what the future holds, or even making it permanent. Just focus on doing it excellently for ONE WEEK. That’s how you start improving your performance!
